Check that for a tedious link. This is a drawing of Oscar Wilde for this weeks illustration friday topic "Hatch". To be honest, I just wanted an excuse to draw Oscar Wilde. Mainly because he has such cool hair and a fur coat.

It's funny how people choose to classify their illustrations. I always pick "figurative" where other people might choose "conceptual" or "graphic". This is NOT at all what I would call "naive"--I think of "naive" drawings as ones that are childlike. This one is VERY sophisticated--I absolutely love the tones and textures, and his wonderful expression.
Thoughtful entry, interesting design and drawing. I like it very much.
