I don't think so... But something about the flapping sheet distracts me. I think it's because the line of the buildings, the closeline and the sheet's whiteness all direct the eye off the edge of the composition. This is unsettling, but not necessarilly a problem. It fits with the tone of the piece and the overall effect is quite good.
